i really enjoyed my stay! the staff was super helpful with recommendations and directions. the location was perfect, and i could walk to several attractions easily. the rooftop pool was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing (loved the city views!).
The room was a bit smaller than i expected. It was a little difficult to store all my luggage comfortably.

small roomflooded shower
the room they gave me felt cramped. there wasn't enough space for luggage. the mini-bar, supposedly 'free,' had just a couple of sodas and a candy bar... big deal. the shower also had issues with flooding. i reported it, but no one seemed to care, so every shower turned into a mini-swimming session.

The location is fantastic. A metro station is very close. the rooftop pool area provides a great space. i found the staff to be genuinely kind and helpful, especially with recommendations. the room's cleanliness was excellent, and the decor had class and charm.
the room i booked was a bit small for three people, this was a slight inconvenience.

The staff were helpful. Mark at the front desk was especially kind. I received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's location is convenient, as it is near the metro, a market, and several cafes.
The room size for three people felt quite small. I was upgraded to a room with a supposed "balcony. " it was essentially unusable. There was hardly enough space to step outside.
